About "A little Judy":
Judy was my mom. In her life, she was constantly doing things, saying things, making things ---giving-- to show everyone around her that she cared for them. She had a big heart, full of love for everyone, and every gift she gave was special because she put herself -- "a little Judy" -- into each one.
When I bake, I remember the hours I spent sitting on the kitchen counter, watching Mom bake cookies, bread, and cinnamon rolls. When I am thinking about the perfect shape or flavor or color or design to express your unique story as a cake, I go to my "happy place". I am grateful for all the people who give me reasons to bake.
